What is FormChamp?

FormChamp has an easy to use wizard to create forms that send you an email message each time the form is submitted. After creating the web form, just copy paste the code to your website and you are all set, the form is active and working!

• First, sign-up!

  First, signup! If you want to join our Plus membership and gain access to SSL and other enhanced features, signup then click on the Upgrade button. Signing up is neccesary so that you can have an account with us where you can manage all your forms, and edit them later if you need.

• How to get started

  Our web form creation wizard helps includes templates to allow you to easily create a contact form online. The wizard asks you to enter details like form name, number of fields, field types etc. Then our wizard will create the form, save it to our database, and provide you with the code that you need to copy and paste to your site. Alternatively, you can just use the URL of the form on our site, if you do not have a website.

• Form submissions

  When creating your form, you can setup validation rules for the various fields (for example, to make sure that a visitor only enters an email address in a field that requires an email address. When a visitor comes to your form and submits it, the form will send you an email with the submission. You also have the option to store form submissions in our online database to analyse later.

• Design your form with CSS

  After you copy and paste the code to your site, you can change the form appearance, by modifing the CSS, colors, size, etc, from your site web editor.
